Update... yep, a person filed an appeal at the last minute so our case is delayed yet again. Still hoping to have this closed by end of this year fingers crossed. Check the class action website for updates.

Yep, heard from the attorney's that the last appeal was rejected so the class action is now settled. Payments should be going out in 60-90 days I was told.

I got my check in the mail yesterday. I checked all of the boxes in my initial paperwork that put me easily at the high end of the reimbursement. I can't remember the exact number but I feel like it was around $1200 or so. Well, here is my check minus, what I reckon, were huge legal fees...

I too received my reimbursement check today - 25 percent of my expenses incurred (I did the work myself) pursuant to this section of the settlement:

B. IF YOU ARE A CURRENT OR PRIOR OWNER OR LESSEE OF A USED CLASS VEHICLE AND YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM AN AUTHORIZED PORSCHE DEALER WITH AN ACPO WARRANTY

AND

(1) You Want To Request Reimbursement For Out Of Pocket Costs You Incurred For A Past Coolant Pipe Repair That Occurred Before December 12, 2013

You must make a valid and timely claim, and if it is approved, PCNA will reimburse you with 25% of the invoice price paid for the coolant pipe repair not to exceed $450. The coolant pipe repair must have occurred before the Class Vehicle’s mileage reached 120,000 miles in order to qualify for a benefit.

In addition, subject to proof, PCNA may also reimburse you for certain out-of-pocket Collateral Damage costs, if any, incurred as part of the past coolant pipe repair. Collateral Damage is defined in the Settlement Agreement as any damage shown to have been sustained to any component of a Class Vehicle as a result of any instance of breaking, bursting, degradation, fracturing, leaking, or other problem with the Coolant Pipes. This means damage sustained to a Class Vehicle as a result of coolant fluid leaking from the Porsche plastic coolant pipes.

Received my check today as well. I also filled out the paperwork for the repairs that were done (leaky transmission seal, alternator, starter) which was a direct cause from the coolant pipe bursting and all the fluid drained right through the alternator and screwed up the trans seal.

Had just about given up--submitted my claim December 2014 before the deadline. Received my check yesterday for the amount requested $1522.21-- parts $502.21 (Sunset Porsche) and $1020 labor (local garage). Pleasantly surprised!

Received a "Deficiency" letter - claiming they needed more info.. the SAME IDENTICAL info I sent them about 7-8 months ago when I contacted them to make sure the claim was complete. They give an 877 number where you can leave a message and maybe someday someone will call you back - or not.

Color me pissed. I sold the P!G last week (replaced with a newer P!G) and all the paperwork I had went with it.

F*ckers.
