Did you recently change anything on the car?

There are some services that require a reset of the throttle. Used to have to do this from time to time on my Audi S4. Usually very simple to do. But I am not totally sure how to do it on the Porsche.

On the Audi it was basically turn the key to the on position (not running) and floor the pedal for 20 seconds or so and it would reset all the limits etc. (don't quote me on this, it has been a long time since I have done the throttle programming part) but his may help your search.

No recent modifications, but the car was sitting for 3 weeks not driven while I was on vacation. Could this have something to do with it?

Certainly possible.

Try searching for "throttle adaptation".

Thanks, found the throttle adaptation procedure so let's see if that works...but somehow I'm guessing it's more complex....

Any other ideas?
