I have a 2011 Cayenne S with XM. Around Christmas the XM Nav Traffic and Weather (both of which I subscribe to) stopped working. After numerous calls to XM I was finally informed that the service itself was down and would return around January 7-10. When it was not back today I called again and was told that my problem would be escalated within XM to expedite a fix. No word on if the system was back up. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Searching the forums turned up much the same issue back in middle December but was fixed on the 17th of that month. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

Although I have XM in all my cars and subscribe they have the WORST customer service and terrible follow through!
Hope this isn't a cayenne xm problem and just a xm fixable issue on their end.
