I am visiting family in Germany and France and doing the precision and performance training(awesome experience and ambiance)... enjoying this fine automobile like it is meant to

Cars meant for the US market are only loaded with US maps,so for those who need a navigation aid in Europe,Porsche graciously lets you borrow the cheapest puniest gps they could find
One more way they save money...
Therefore I decided to pay extra(a pretty penny I might add)for a more powerful roof mounted receiver :-D

I was told they could load European maps for 500 Euro. The one you have looks like the unit we had, is it marked 001 or 002? We sent it back after we got to Stuttgart at the end of our trip.
