22" TSW Exclusives with Toyo Proxes. I know, lowering, but don't think I can really get out to that right now. But eh, I like em!
how is the car with the 22" wheels.
Initially i was looking at the v6 but i knew i was gonna throw in some rims, so i opted for the v8.
curious to know how much of a difference are you feeling in acceleration?
Looks really good. CONGRATS
tahnks!

I'm guessing 295/30's as that is the Proxes I am running. They do look nice and that one picture with your 17's compared to the 22's in too funny!
These cars are not quick to begin with so I don't necessarily think you will feel a difference in acceleration. You may feel a difference a ride quality as the 22's are a bit harsher.

tire size
I went with a smaller 265 tire because the wheels are only a 9" width. I wasn't too sure how the bigger tires would be on them so I just wanted to play it safe. They fit and look perfect, but next time around though I am gonna push for wider tires, probably 285s.
To my perception the car has just become a little bounicer, but that minor difference is not noticible enough for me to dislike the ride quality of the 22s.
Acceleration difference again is negligible, but braking...f*ck! You really have to pressing down to get the hunk of metal to stop. This is one of those times I wish I went for the S with bigger brakes, which I am sure would suffice enough. Let alone, bigger engine.
I have the clear side markers sitting in my trunk, but am waiting to figure out if I am gonna slip them in myself, or if I will have someone else do it because paying a great deal at a place like a porche dealership would not be worth it if I couls just do it myself.
Any suggestions on that?
And yes, white rocks our worlds!

don't do it in Porsche dealership, they will charge ridiculous amount of money like 150-200. Do it in a good shop if you are too lazy. Don't forget to replace the bulb inside the clear marker to bluevision bulb so you don't have to do the work twice.
Good luck!!

Good luck!!
going with the wider tire will help the "bounciness" and ride quality.
