957 V6 Oil Filter Housing Drain

Didn't take a picture, but if you've done an oil change on a 957 V6, you'll know what I'm talking about. On the bottom of the oil filter housing, There is a drain plug that can be removed with a hex bit. My issue is that when I try to remove it, the whole housing starts to to loosen. The problem when this happens is that oil will spray all over the place (I ruined my favorite Burberry t-shirt the first time I did this). So, I guess my question is - is there a special tool that will keep the housing from moving to remove the drain plug? TIA.

You have to make sure the housing does not move while removing the drain plug. Once the oil is drained, you can remove the housing without a surprise.

I learned it the hard way too.
