I have a cayenne 2009 diesel with cdr30 I would like to change it with a pcm3 I found from eBay but neither the phone nor the navi worked.any ideas because porch in Greece knows nothing

You have to order and install @ dealer PCM as Tequipment part 95504490321, include navi.
If you do not have BOSE you need 95564531200 - amplifier and some support frames etc.
Only dealer can get and input activation codes for navi and other options, like phone and USB interface. these codes unique for you car, so PCM from anothe car will not works with all features.
But on another side you can try to use PCM3 media device from Nav-Tv, it is can be helpfull.
