need help with driver seat

i guys i need help my cayenne 06 s itsdriving me crazy the driver seat doesnt move any way but some times it moves front and back can any one tell me whats going on with it be the control unit or the commander on the seat

maybe a problem with the connectors when you had you battery changed (under the seat) ?!
