EPL Cayenne 955 Flash
#16
I took my 04 cayenne tt there. I noticed a big difference, boost goes way past .8. Mileage did suffer alot because I'm always boosting. Barely get 300 to a tank. But again feels fast. Tony has my dyno sheets and he can post them up. Definately worth it. Prior to the tune, I had replaced the d valves and intake and the exhaust. Again it's an 04 tt. I'll find the dyno sheet to see the hp and torque.

Mental cash for an old ecu. Same ECU in a 2002 A4 audi.
I use alientech hand held flasher. Flashed my car 5 or 6 times now ( trying different files to get max power) I get files from my tuner load them in job done.
check out my site all info on there.

I have a 09 turbo s with cat tubes, ipd plenum and k&n filters, i am seeing 0.8 at wot but as rpm rises boost starts to go down, it doesnt stay sustained at 0.8 as it shifts gear and gets in lower rpm it goes back to 0.8 is that normal? Will a remap correct this to sustained boost?

Yes that is normal. Boost dropps off to protect the turbos. A remap will only fix it IF the mapper knows what he is doing and maps it for more boost. Some mappers just add a % valve to the boost so it will do the same as now but only with more boost.

I am looking to pick up a 04-05 CTT here in the next few months.
Owning other turbo cars (supra TT, Evo, etc), I'm surprised there are not more mods for the CTT already.
Are you guys planning any mods like
Intercooler hardpipe kits or FMIC
Turbo upgrades
Blow-off valve upgrades
Fuel upgrades
Turbo headers
Down pipes
Boost Controller
Oil catch
I am excited to get a CTT, but am really excited to know that there may be some upgrades out there besides just tune and cat-back exhausts (I've searched a lot)

Dave,
With the 955 Turbo EPL tune is it advisable that:
1. The OEM Diverter Valves will need to be changed due to higher pressure
2. The spark plugs will be changed more often than factory recommendations? If so, how often?
Thanks.

hey
I have cayenne turbo s 2006
do you offer a tune for my car ?
do I have to send the dme to you ?
how much hp I will get ?
do you suggest to use a diverter valve with the tune for a daily use car ?
regards
Talal

Had EPL tune put on my 04 CTT. Very good results. Living at high elevation - 6k - 8k ft, turbo lag is a big problem. The flash made the lag much less noticeable especially on launch. All around drivability was improved as well! This is my 3rd time using EPL for my Porsche tunes and will be back. They seem to nail it on drivability!
So, yeah, their tune is still going strong and for the price, it was a no brainer!
