We have 2005 Turbo which got in accident and might need to be replaced and 2008 Turbo with Tune/bypass/Intake

Trying to finnd out differences between 2008 Turbo and 2009 Turbo S

If you look at the EvoMSit numbers for tunned modifired cars(Intake+bypass) difference is only 22h and 3 lbs of TQ.

For me this difference is not enough to justify $10-15K price difference.

Is there any differences between cars besides some interior trim, better seats and carbon fiber pices?

Better brakes, more aggresive suspention, etc?

Would love to get S but need to justify it with more than minor HP and badge

Not really worth the extra. I think pdcc cane standard on the TS. slightly bigger breaks with the TS bc of the extra weight, no no real noticeable difference.
Make your money work best get the 2008 as long as it has the right options, ie. Pdcc full leather panoramic stuff like that.

 

the Nav system was upgraded for the 2009 model - not sure if that matters to you

 

'09 had 50 more horses and big brakes - I have one for sale as well
