I am pretty livid right now...just went to a local store and came out to find that I had a fix it ticket on my windsheild for not having a front license plate...good ol' California

So what's involved with stickin a front plate on??? Do I have to drill holes into the front???

I'm looking to "fix it" and then pop it right back off...any ideas??

I'm pissed...almost a year without a ticket for not having the plate. $10 bucks a year is well worth not having a front plate on...

Chris thinks it's pretty funny because it's my car...can't wait till they get him for his turbo. I don't know what's worse...getting the ticket or the fact that Chris' patient is the one who gave it to me

 

That sucks. is it just a ticket or do you have to put the front plate now?

 

I have to put the plate on and have a police officer sign my ticket saying it was fixed and pay $10...but then right after that I can pop it right back off and expect another ticket sometime or other. LOL

 

Find someone who knows a cop. Have them sign it off for you. You need to drill holes for the front plate.

That SUCKS!

 

Luckily our next door neighbor is a CHP and he said he would sign off for me when it's on...so I'm going home today to zip tie it on, have him sign it, and take it right back off

 

i hate front plates.
but i have them on my car til i get the turbo bumper installed.
