Question: wood trim for 09 Cayenne

Hi,

I'm thinking add wood trim to my peper.
With light brown interior, should I go oliver wood or dark walnut?

And it is a hard DIT, so I need some special tools?

Thanks,

Why on earth would you want wood when there is aluminium and carbon fiber!? Personal taste I guess so if it makes you happy, why not............

I'm gonna say olive wood. I think that would look best with the light brown interior.

I have aluminum right now.
But I always think, some wood is needed for a porsche or a MB.
Maybe I will keep the trim but add wood door handels, how is that?

I dunno about the wood door handles, I have aluminum too and have been pondering the darker wood, since I have a grey interior. I still say olive wood.

i would go for the lighter wood

i used a contrast on my interior but i think it works better when you have the dark interior.

I tend to go with wood that has the most interesting and visible grain patterns. I had light wood on my 335 with a saddle interior and while most people thought it wouldn't go well it really looked fantastic - even to the folks who told me it wouldn't work!
