Was gunna post these on the other thread, but wouldn't want Nick to have to look at a POS Cayenne anymore

Anyway, had the truck detailed today and we installed Mesh Grills, Clear Side Markers, and Silver Hood crest yesterday
I will be painting the radiator black as it sticks out being silver, but that is going to wait untill another mod arrives and I need the bumper off anyway

Love the mesh grills. It will look x times better when u paint the radiator to black.

 

hmmm, won't those mesh grills dent with various flying road debris. Might look like crap after a while...Anywyas, I prefer the grill slots...

 

Jamy: Thanks!! Yea it needs to be painted black, didn't realize untill my pops was following me in it yesterday!! i will be doing that in the next few weeks!!

Chris: If somthing big enough hits them yea, but I have had them on my 996TT for about 15,000 miles and they are still good as new!!

It just looks like alot more surface area (flex) on the mesh vs the size of mesh to cover the opening on a TT, smaller(less flex) probably more resistant to denting. I guess I need to see it in person, the pix probably don't do it justice....

 

I agree it is a larger opening so it is more prone to damage, we will see... Easy to replace It will look better when the next few mods go on as they will tie it in

Evan: car looks great, hawt... damn those mesh grills look good. You have to paint everything inside the grills to black, thats what they did to my car. Did you already put bluevision bulbs? are you getting 22"?
