I'm kicking myself for not getting any pre front mount IC temp readings before going with the after market setup. But what I can do is get some now and compare with somebody with the stock ICs. I need to head down to homedepot and get the temp probes for my multimeter!

I'll provide some core sizes later tonight.

You guys should also check out the FMIC/Kit that Green Motorsports (GMS) in Va has. They utilize some type of custom plenum coupled with turbo/intake/exhaust upgrades that put down some serious power; they use a lot of FVD stuff as well. Last time I was at GMS, I saw the protoype that was developed on Dave's Cayenne S (Dave is the owner of GMS). If anyone is intrested, PM me and I'll be glad to make the intro.

It wasn't until I was exposed to Dave's Cayenne that I realized there is a TT V8 in that thing..insane!

Sub-zero - yes they twin 50MM Tial Bovs. They sound bad-*** and are LOUD even though they are full re-circ'd. It surprises a lot of people...even scared a few people! LOL

 

lol! Yes, a modified Cayenne sounds very intimidating! We call my buddy's Cayeene "The Beast". Makes small children and little old ladies crap themselves.

 

I was driving my pops to the airport a while back and he almost shat himself thinking my motor blew up or something when he heard my BOVs after getting on it hard. And he was INSIDE the cayenne. I laughed at him.

I agree, they are beastly! Got to let it out sometimes.

Hey guys, well the beast is gone, but not forgotten! How come no one else has done this yet!!?? I miss the beast, it was a great SUV and took to mods as good as any turbo car I've ever owned.
