Brake Booster vacuum hose replacement

Anyone changed the their brake booster vacuum hose line? Mine cracked and the sensor is on. I would like to do a DIY job. What are the part numbers? How many hoses are there? Location? Many thanks. 2005 CTT

Most people just wrap electrical tape around it and it cures the issue.

Thanks I will look into it...That sounds better than $633 the dealer was going to charged me to replaced the hoses

! My extended warranty do not cover hoses.
