Leistung cat bypass and cold air intake

Just installed both (the power kit). Went to local custom exhaust shop for assistance and tools since I am a finance guy. LOL.

Cat bypass was easy but you definitely need a lift and transmission jack. Install was fast and easy. The shop charged me $100 for the help but well worth it.

The Cold Air Intake was a bit brutal. Once again I was glad the shop was helping. Only one deviation from instructions. Rob will update instructions. Took about 1 1/2 hours. Lots of fidgeting and tight area. Once stock stuff is out the job flys. Kudos to rob on making new equipment fit better than original. They charged me 75 for this one.

Big thanks to Rob who patiently spent at least 20 minutes helping us on the phone as well. As well as reviewing our texts. That is customer service. However, I would add pictures to downloadable install instructions.

Result:
My 2009 Cayenne Turbo S is pushing north of 600 hp and sounds sick. The turbos light up with sound. And the exhaust is throaty like it should be. When I open it up, it is a beast.

I highly recommend these mods. Inexpensive yet meaningful. All in, under $1,000.

I'm pretty excited too. My intake and cat bypass just arrived today ! I will let everyone know how the install went and any " seat of the pants " difference.

Sounds great. Huge whooshing sound of the turbo sucking up air. Sounds like a typhoon.

I really want to hear the cat bypass in person as exhausts never sound good on video. I'd love a little more growl from my GTS but I don't want it to sound like an old chevy.

I got the intakes down to less then 30 mins to put them on and the diverter valves. I had to take them off a few times to take to the dealer. The bypass pipes on the other hand not to easy. The drivers side came off but the passenger side fighting with the one bolt. HAHA

good stuff man.. must be a beast , is your ecu tuned?
Ive used cat bypass pipes since it came out around 04-05, best upgrade for the money.. especially if you dont want to change exhaust.. you can have that and ecu tune.. 100hp increase.. havent done it to my Turbo S yet.. but i had it on my previous S and turbos..

I may have to look into this. Is there a different set up between years or will they all fit on my 08 CTT?

yes, I believe the 957 turbo secondaries are a little different than the 955 turbo.

Have two 08' TTs and have been seriously considering these. Anyone seen dyno sheets that were promised?

I'm having same set up. And Rob was very helpful with my installation process as well. The only issue I found after installing was my check engine light lit up with this 0021 error code. Something about camshaft.... Let me know if you've found the same thing! All in all, this is a great set up!
