Dealer survey. what should i give.

i have specifically asked them not to wash my car but both times they did and i know they put some swirls and imperfection in my paint. Now i will have to spend 3-4 hours to fix those. When they call for the survey, should I mention it?

I am not trying to be a jerk, but I don't want dealer washing my car and I saw them writing it down on the ticket.

Advise Please.

Raja

the dealer did that to our old ML. i was very specific PLEASE dont run my car through the wash. it was black and when it came out if service.... (my service guy notice it before me) it looked like a bunch of small tornados had hit my car. they waxed it buffed it polished it and i still looked like crap. i waxed the car soon after and traded it in.

Raja, you are their customer... Your dealer want to keep you happy, so that you keep coming back to them and giving them business. If they do things to make you unhappy, you should let them know so they don't do it again. Your dealer has been making you unhappy so you should def. mention this when they call for the survey... Them washing your car caused you to waste 3-4 hours to fix their mistake, a mistake that could have been prevented... By them simply listening to your request. And it's not the first time it happened... I suggest that you bring it up and politely tell them your situation... If they wash against your will, again... See to it that, they have to fix the imperfections in your paint, and take your business elsewhere in the future.
