Going from '06 S titanium edition to '08 GTS

My '06 S has been really good to me. Just oil changes and a few small repairs covered under cpo. The cpo will be over in a few months and I'm looking at my options. Found a 2008 GTS with similar miles as mine but in better shape (I have 3 kids). It feels and drives like new.
This is the deal: my '06 + $13,500 out the door. The original price was $40,000. Initially they wanted $16,000. Plus my car. The car comes with cpo, new tires and new battery. Clean carfax, one owner car. What do you guys think? I have until tomorrow to decide. Mine has 53k and the GTS has 57k miles.

Two years newer and a GTS is an upgrade but I am not sure if you want to pick one up with almost 60K miles. The price on the 2008 is fair though so I guess it's up to you to decide if it's worth $13,500 for the upgrade.

We have some GTS's for sale but not close to $40K:

The deal is done. Miles are about the same. I never did pipes on mine and I was still on the original battery. Basically I am doing it for the cpo. If I add the cost of those repairs plus the cost of an extended warranty I will be close to 6-7 grand. And I don't mind the extra HP . I split my miles among 3 other cars, so I won't be putting a lot of miles on this car. In a couple of years I get to do it all over again .
