Two things I'm not happy about my 09 CS

First one is that the garage door opener only works when the key is switched to ACC. Kind of a pai in the A$$ when leaving the house. Im afraid I may start the car when the garage doors are still shut.

Second, I'm fighting with this dreaded memory power seats. I think there may be a problem with the buttons on the seat. When i press the memory number, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosent. I found if i press the buttons hard or wiggle the buttons while pressing it works. Huh?

Other than that the vehicle has been flawless and fun to drive. I bought it for my wife a month ago but often finding myself making excuses on why I need to borrow it.

Everytime i drive it, i find something new. Didnt know the windows open by using the key in the door untill yesterday.

I don't get it. You won't be able to start the car without a brake on anyways. Insert the key, turn the key, press garage button.

My 99 ML does the same. I believe it is so that if you park just outside of your garage with the windows down or doors unlocked no one who walks by can gain access to your home and/or copy your electronic remote code.

Thank you, that make perfect sense, I mean if you forgot to luck your car, or EVEN if you lock your car, someone can break the glass and open your garage. but there's ONE thing I don't like is if you turn off the engine, the HORN DOES NOT WORK!!! One time I double park and saw someone almost rear end me and I CAN'T HORN!!!
