Class Action Lawsuit

Hey guys,Long time 996 owner,Want to go look at an 04Cayenne S. I read the 18 page post about the class action lawsuit about this. Has anything com about from this or did it blow over? Is it worth still getting the truck knowing about this problem? I'm sure it could be used as a way to get the price on the truck lowered. Any advice would be great, thanks.

Skylinegtrv98 is infamous around these parts
I have had an 04 CS since new, and I remember signing up for that class action law suit, but I have never heard anything back about it. I love my CS, and even though I have had all the typical problems, coolant pipes, coils, horn, and cardan shaft replacement, I still think it is a great car, and I have no plans of parting ways with mine. If I were to get one now, I would check to see what issues have been addressed. I mean there are known issues with these cars, so it isn't really a matter of if they happen, but when. I have 103k on mine right now, and I still get complements from people when i drive up places. I am sure if you do your due diligence on the car you are getting you can find a good one.
