Looking at a 2009 Cayenne S. Anything I should be aware of?
Are there any major issues with this model?

The one I am looking at has 54k miles, touch screen nav, 19" wheels, heated seats, xenon headlights... $33k. Seems like a pretty good deal. 1 owner.

Nope. Get a dealer PPI and have them check everything.

It sounds like a great price. I would recommend a dealer CPO if possible. When I picked up my 09 S (32k miles) I had an oil leak that developed shortly after. Dealer fixed it once under warranty, then had the same issue about 2 months later. 2nd time they just did an entire gasket overhaul. Needless to say saved myself plenty of money having it under warranty still. Just my 2 cents.
