Need wheel spacer help please before storm tomorrow!

Long story short:

Just picked up a set of 4 Sport Design Turbo 20s as winter wheels for my '06 Cayenne Turbo S -- only to learn after the fact they will rub against the caliper

Anyone know if I can use spacers? Or will I have a problem? If so, what size spacers should I use?

Would really like to figure this out before the storm tonight, so asap help very greatly appreciated...

Thanks!

FWIW, there are actually two version of the 20" Sport Design wheel for the Cayenne. The early version has the 7L5.601.025 E part number cast on the inside of the spokes of the wheel. When the Turbo S version of the Cayenne was introduced, Porsche modified the wheel by slightly reducing the thickness of the spokes on the inside of the wheel to provide clearance for the larger brake calipers of the Turbo S version. The updated wheel design has part number 7L5.601.025 N cast on the wheel. That said, I would think a spacer in the 3mm to 5mm range of thickness would be all that's needed to provide the clearance required for the calipers.

Not surprisingly, the more attractive (IMO) 20" Sport Techno wheels for the Turbo S were also modified to fit the larger calipers as well. The updated version of the front, 9" Sport Techno wheel will have part number 7L5.601.025 K cast on it.

For winter tires, it definitely makes sense to not run staggered so you can rotate the tires.
