Clicking Noise at Low Speed

Clicking Noise at Low Speed
Hi guys,
My 2004 Cayenne S makes this clicking noise when going at a very slow speed with my wheels turned either left or right. The noise happens after driving for awhile and then goes away. It happens few times a week. Took it to my mechanic but noise disappear at that time so I could not show him. The car is lowered with H&R lowering spring, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Anyone have this happen before? Please help! Thanks in advance.
