09 CTTS Rear Brakes

I am going to change the pads out to Reds & have been looking at all the DIY info for doing this myself that I can find. The problem I have is all the rear calipers (this is not a PCCB car) I have seen look the same but they are different than mine. I also have a 08 Cayenne S and have done the brakes on it many times. the calipers look the way I have seen in all the DIY's I have come across. I know My CTTS brakes are larger front & rear but the rear caliper differs as the top side is not open to allow the caliper to be removed from the top as is the case with the others. Instead it looks like the caliper needs to be removed & the pads need to be pulled out from the rotor side. Can anyone confirm that this is the case on the 09 CTTS? If anyone knows of a link to a DIY with this caliper, I would appreciate it.
Thanks

dancingbears is infamous around these parts
I thought only the front brakes were larger on the CTTS, and that the rears are same as the CTT????

This is probably the case, I was referring to the CTTS being larger than the CS, which I also have.

It looks like they made a change to the rear calipers in 09 to this new style. Mine are this style (minus all the scratches):

All the DIY's I have seen are on this style which matches < 08:

Bump...
Still looking for a DIY for changing pads using these calipers (ones in first picture).
All instructions i have seen & my older Cayenne has the other type (2nd picture).
Anybody change pads on this type of caliper?

The newer 911s have the same caliper design. I haven't worked on this type of caliper yet, but I would assume you have to remove the caliper to get the pads out.
