My check oil level came on today while on a road trip in my 08' tt. I pulled over and added a quart but the light remains on? Is there a trick to turning it off? The level is right between the marks and I turned the car on/ off several times but it's still on? Maybe a sensor problem?

 

On the 4.5 there is a oil level/temp sensor/sendor on the bottom of the oil pan. I would check here first.
