"So like a financial advisor?"
Personal finance was my hobby for most of my adult life. Since retiring, I am financial advisor for myself and wife only. Well, one niece who is a director in a Dow 30 company does check with me. She has a fee only advisor paid for by her company but likes a second opinion.
I did it all during my career from engineering to mktg and sales, but finished up my final 14 yrs as Sr Staff Engineer in a major electric utility.

I met a man up at OSUMC Ross Heart Hospital who had a pump like yours implanted, and he was the happiest person in Ohio. It gave him a brand new lease on life. It is said by many in cardiology that these pumps are the coming thing. It seems the biggest limitation is the battery recharging, and it seems that too will have a better solution coming soon.

Oh I didn't know in High School that's for sure. I knew I was heading down engineering, actually automotive initially. I've always been into aircraft and I ended up in that arena. Good luck.

I was always around aircraft as we'll my uncle invented the hand lever device for the rudder on plans so that paraplegics could fly after he was paralyzed in a air plane crash. Wish I could of stayed that route around aircraft
