Dipped beam AND headlight beam adjustment erorrs 2 in 1

Hi,

So I can't win for losing with this Cayenne. A few months back I had one bulb (driver's side) flicker and then go out completely. Once I was back in the city I bought 2 new HID's and replaced them both. The driver's side was completely shattered into lots of glass pieces

I wore gloves and was extra careful replacing the bulbs.

About one month later, the passenger one goes out. When I take a look at it the centre "balloon" part of the HID seems sort of burnt/grayed out.

I replace both bulbs again (the shop I got them from previously was closed that day and I wanted to try a different manufacturer.

This bulb lasted all of less than 1 week and it went out.

Now both are out and the dipped beam AND headlight beam adjustment comes on.

This sounds like a control module to me but I wanted some second opinions.

Im sure this is a dumb question but are the seals the go on the bulbs any good. you could be getting some water or moisture causing them to got pop or the ballasts that power them could be throwing to much power.
