removing small interior trim

I'm looking to remove the small interior trim from drivers side.

Below ac vent, above headlamp switch (I think).

Looks like a 1" wide L piece that wraps around the side.

Its chromesque in my TT.

I don't want to just yank it and break it.

what's the secret?

thanks,

Mike

Is it glued -- or some sort of pop plastic.

I want to remove it temporarily and look behind it than put it back -- so
I don't want to f* it up.

It should pop in unless someone modified it in the past. I used mine to pop put the suround piece around the radio to hide wires going to the satelite radio.

Got brave, pulled out my interior claw spline tool and gently but
forcibly pried it out part way to get to what I needed.

It looks to have 2 (and probably more) plastic anchors that pop out.
