Lower control arms

Can someone comment on which screws on the lower control arms need to be marked before replacement, so that alignment is not affected very much after the party swept out?
I want to understand this exactly so I don't make some mistakes during replacement this upcoming weekend
There are three sets of bolts, one at the ball joint, a second set facing rear of car (if looking in from outside towards wheel well). A third bolt faces front of car (if looking towards wheel well from side of car).

Akso, I am also replacing tie rods and sway bar links.
I will be making sure tie rods are same size as removed one before alignment, and wonder if anyone has tips for removing the long top bolts as they appear too long to just remove (hitting frame).

Thanks.

Aaroneous is infamous around these parts
You'll want to mark the ones with the built-in washers on them - look at the new hardware and you should be able to identify which one. The other side of the arm is just a nut/bolt combo, but the one you want to mark is the one that will push up against the lip on the frame to adjust the CA.

Sorry that's vague, but I'm going from memory.
