Code 814 help- active brake booster

I have a 2004 Turbo, and am having a problem that has me temporarily stumped.
Scanned with durametric, and came up with a code 814. Would not clear, so replaced the brake distance sensor, which is what the fix appeared to be for this code. Code still will not clear.
Ran an output test on durametric, and it all checked out ok in the psm module. Checked signal on both pressure sensor and distance sensor, and they both ramped up perfectly together.
I have zero vacuum leaks. Checked all of the lines visually, and with a vacuum pump.

Has anyone successfully solved the culprit to this code? Thanks in advance for helpful replies.

To follow up on this. Replacing the brake distance sensor did the trick. The Cayenne must have a count record until the code clears from this. I was not able to clear with durametric (unless I was doing something wrong).
I just kept driving it and I would say after about 10-15 starts, it finally went away for good. So code 814, just replace the brake travel sensor on the master cylinder. Code will clear itself after it has seen enough successful tests the problem is gone.

I have a 2005 Cayenne S with fault code 814 that I am trying to diagnose. My vacuum lines look good visually but I still need to vacuum test them.

I was hoping to get some color on brake distance sensor replacement if that is the culprit. Do you have to remove the brake booster from the vehicle to replace the sensor? The clearances look fairly tight, but I wasn't sure if there was some trick. Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Mike
