03 Cayenne thumping noise when moving slowly

new post old problem. 03 cayenne thumping noise when moving slowly had thought it was center support bracket until today they told me it has a new drive shaft already fitted but after reading old posts one resolve was new tires, I have 305-30-22 on front and 218-35-22 on front because it has had full wide body kit and modded alloys and the tire fitter told me that this set up could mess up with the computer which runs traction or auto box as its different rotational distance only had the car a few weeks so it came like this, any thoughts maybe change the front closer match for the rear ? thx tony

I think Don answered your question pretty well in the other thread here...https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-22-front.html

Edit: Oh and you got the front tire size way off in this thread it looks like.

Your going to end up destroying the t-case with tires that size.

Were you looking for a happier answer here? There isn't any.

Those tires do not belong on a Cayenne. It's going to cost you a lot of money when the transfer case blows up (which it sounds like it's well on it's way to..) The tire diameter MUST MATCH. All 4. All at the same time.
