Help with engine rumbling noise...

ok, so at about 2500RPM going from 2nd to 3rd I get this horrible sounding rumbly grinding like noise. It also occurs consistently 3rd to 4th around 2000RPM, but not as obnoxiously. Already had it to the dealer...$4500 for new transfer case (different thread) and NO FREAKING DIFFERENCE!!! Some of you may be surprised that they don’t really seem too interested in trouble shooting this.

I have some video on YouTube

any ideas would be helpful because I have to take it back in and I want my baby back running properly!

Most likely your driveshaft bearing is done. At the beginning it only resonates on certain rotation speeds, later it starts dancing around on any speed. That is not the support bushing, so jimi fix wont help. The actual bearing is gone, you can change it by messy diy or change all the driveshaft.
