HID lights auto level - passenger side stays fixed

I noticed that my CTT HID light on passenger side, does not auto level when i start the car. Noticed because I started seeing the light try to reset (blink momentarily), while driving. Then replaced bulbs, and blinking still persisted.
Then noticed when I start the car, that same HID bulb on passenger side does not do the auto level when car started and lights turned on. I am certain the blinking connected to the auto level not working. Trying to figure out the cause.
If you have advice, appreciate the help. Thank you.

bubba is infamous around these parts
My guess would be the headlight wiring harness/ harness mount. Over time the harnesses become brittle and will cause strange lighting issues. Additionally, cutting off the mount which holds the harness in place (when the headlight is removed) allows you to press the connector into the headlight for a more stable connection.
