2006 Cayenne S wont move in drive or reverse

2006 Cayenne S wont move in drive or reverse
PSM warning light on..service now light on..Car feels like emergency brake is on but its not.Can shift into drive and reverse but car will not move..sometimes moves a inch or 2 with a loud grind pull sound..help is greatly appreciated!
Just put up on jack stands and front wheels move in drive and reverse.Rear wheels dont move,E-Brake issue?ive wiggled it played with and how free up doesnt seem stuck...PSM freeze rear wheels?
Update..sprayed and maneuvered rear rotors a little and got the rear to spin after removing 50 torx bolt...e brake probably frozen on rotor..
