Icar soft scanner use for clearing a code ' steering fault'
I'm wondering if I can clear a steering fault code with icarsoft tool or will I need durmetic? It's related to alarm system/steering lock ... Basically car is useless... I need cheapest way to clear it. Hoping I don't need pwis or anything costly ? Thanks

My iCarsoft scanner can read and clear my 04 CTT codes for various modules. I think I paid $125 for it 2 years ago.
However, if you have a mechanical issue, even if you clear it, it may come back.
