Surprising observation on my CTT today

Today is the first time I took it on the freeways I am most familiar with, and I was very pleased to discover that it actually rides BETTER than my Mercedes Benz E500 on the freeway!! It is hard to tell even on a cross country trip because I am not familiar with the road surfaces, but the 5 northbound from DP to LA county is very familiar, and the CTT was smooth, rock solid, and really felt connected - as connected as you can feel rolling a 5000lb slab of marble down the road, that is.

Same here with my V6, but it sometimes feels really jumpy and too firm on the highway. I know someone who had a V6 and now has a CTT and he says that the CTT is much smoother than the V6. I would expect the V6 to be smoother than the CTT.

So either of you guys have PASM. It's standard on the turbo and makes a big difference...

Yes, I'm positive it is all about the PASM. The E500 had air suspension also, but it's not anywhere NEAR as good as PASM - either the comfort or the sport settings fall way short.

Best setting is low mode on comfort, never going back to lowered steel spring especially with people in the back,

that's why it's bumpy, that's like having sport steel springs, just keep it on comfort, it should adjust by itself anyways in case somebody races you
