Hi all, new year’s here and first posting.
red air suspension illuminated. No air in any strut and car sat lower than loading level. Scanned the full system and got one code 0668 Vehicle voltage terminal 30. I replaced the battery then
checked all fuses (rHD side) all ok. Replaced 40amp relay (373)under the dash, removed compressor pump and replaced piston ring, tested with separate battery and worked fine. Reinstalled the unit and fired up the engine, cleared the above fault code and the compressor will not run at all.
Any ideas on my next move please?

Had the same issue with my 957. After changing the compressor piston ring to no effect I bought some find leak spray.
this showed that several air hoses on the valve block were leaking. Couldn't tighten them as the porsche plastic block wasn't man enough. Bought a new compressor with new valve block. Vw tourag as it's same a Porsche but less cost. All new fittings are brass and cured the problem.

 

i have the same problem going on. Wonder if the compressor had a short and replacing would help.
