It is 2nd time now in around 1000miles that the upper hoze (going from the engine into the radiator) disconnects while driving.
First time this happened, I have replaced the inner seal ring inside #1, checked the fixation clip #2 and put the pipe back into place. Now it has disconnected again.
Any clues about the causes and how to prevent this?
