My 06 Cayenne S on 22" Techart Formulas *56K beware*

Hey guys, I finally had a chance to take some pics of my Pepper with the Techart wheels on it. I picked her up new in January and just got back from a cross-country road trip and now shes got 13k miles on the odometer :-( But the ride with the 22" Techarts and the Nitto 555's on the roadtrip was great. It is a little bit rougher in sport and normal modes w/ the PASM, but with the setting on Comfort on the highway its impossible to tell the difference between these wheels/tires and stock 19" wheels.
The wheels are (obviously) 22x10 Techart Formulas and tires are Nitto NT555 285/35/r20's. I also ended up getting a set of the Boothe No-Turn Porsche center caps. The centercaps turn so many head when driving downtown! I love it.!

Here is a close up shot of the wheels and you can see the Boothe No-Turn centercaps (I love these things).

A nice side profile showing off the wheels (I think I need the lowering) module)

A nice "***" shot hahah.

Another side shot, different location. Notice all the centercaps are upright

A 3/4 profile shot. I definatly need the lowering module)

Well I hope you guys enjoy the pics. I am just glad the weather held out long enough for me to wash the Pepper and drive to a few spots to take some nice photos. About 15min after I got back home and pulled it into the garage the skies opened up with rain and thunder (gotta love that oregon weather.)

just curious... when you're parked what ride level setting is that? Oh and it looks GREAT! So you give the Nitto's a thumbs up?

it is parked at the "low" setting, which is pretty much where it stays all summer. I absolutely love the PASM. This winter we experienced some flooding during a freak heatspell that caused a bunch of snow melt and the "Special Terrain" level allowed me to go through some very deep sections of water that was haulting most other vehicles.

As for the Nittos, I give them the thumbs up! I do not drive "on the edge" nor do I track the pepper so I cannot comment on the tire grip under extremely aggressive driving. What I can tell you is that they are quiet, they do not cause any vibration in the range of 0-100mph and the ride is acceptably compliant. The biggest plus is the cost compared to the offerings of Michelin and the others. I talked with the wheel shop a fair bit about selecting the right tire and he cant justify the price difference between these Nittos and the Michelins or the Pirellis (he sells all three). He says that a lot of people choose the Michelins and the Pirellis because they both are homologated by Porsche in the 20" size.

thanks... I like the "look" of the Nittos. The "LOW" level on PASM, that is default ride height minus HOW MANY inches? I'm just trying to figure out if H&R springs will give me that look (-1.6")

Very nice wheel setup. Love those no turn center caps.
How much and where did you order them from?

Pictures were taken in downtown Portland on the Portland State University campus.

I got them through the same local retailer where I got my wheels (Plus One Motorsports). The cost was 500$ for a set of 4.

From the picture it looks like you have the lowering module. It certainly does look good sitting low like that. Have you experianced any significant tire wear problems due to the camber change sitting at this lower level?
