Ride quality
Oddly, you would not notice the quality of the ride being substantially stiffer. I was expecting that too but it didn't happen. I think the reason why is because the tire is SO much wider that it distributes the load ACROSS the tire further than the stock tire which compensates for the fact that it is not as tall profile-wise. It seems to have a similar overall ride quality and in fact is less "bouncy" and seems more flat footed. However, if you live where there are a lot of dirt roads they would be a bad choice!
I'll be picking up one of these bad boys soon.. Can't wait to start mods on a new Cayenne TT! Someone needs to buy my 996 TT so I have some extra room in the garage!!
Does anyone know who makes those Cayenne wheels (in the picture above posted by habitat "titanium metalic cayenne all the way to the right") Thank you very much for your help.
