Dam, side pipes. Not very good for off roading I would guess.

My 23" Rinspeed Wheels

I just paid $3,900 for them two weeks ago but I'd probably sell the wheels and tires for around $2,900. Pretty screamin deal for someone out there...

yeah, great deal. I'm a bit worried about ride quality, though...

Ride quality

Oddly, you would not notice the quality of the ride being substantially stiffer. I was expecting that too but it didn't happen. I think the reason why is because the tire is SO much wider that it distributes the load ACROSS the tire further than the stock tire which compensates for the fact that it is not as tall profile-wise. It seems to have a similar overall ride quality and in fact is less "bouncy" and seems more flat footed. However, if you live where there are a lot of dirt roads they would be a bad choice!

toolbular,

Your 996TT is the hottest looking 911TT I have ever seen.

Joeskie,
Do you live in Montreal?

Does anyone know who makes those Cayenne wheels (in the picture above posted by habitat "titanium metalic cayenne all the way to the right") Thank you very much for your help.
