I have heard good things about Tecnik 1(sp) in Manhatten. I know Boston Rocket used them and was pretty pleased with the wash he recieved (he has high standards). You may want to try a search on www.autopia.org as well to see if they list someone in NYC. Hope this helps.

I took my car to Technik1 in Manhattan, and they were pretty good. Quality products, and a decent price for a hand wash in the city. Ask for Gus. He is one of the owners.
