I think the Touareg looks much better than the Cayenne .. and the V10 is a beast. It all gets down too what your looking for in a car (just stay away from the Q7 .. that thing is hideous).

the VW and the Cayenne look almost exactly the same to me.

 

Same chassis .. basically the Touareg is the off-roading cheaper cousin of the Sport(ier) Cayenne. The suspension/wheels are interchangeable; the V6 Cayenne and Touareg share the same engine.

 

i went for a ride in GaryFL's Cayenne S the other night. first time in a Cayenne. nice truck. i really liked it.

although for me, put some nice wheels on the VW and i'd probably get that instead and save the 30g's. the two trucks look almost identical to me.

 

I think you meant Touareg! Anyway it's looks can not ever win against the Cayenne style...the Porsche is way better and I see them both everyday.

 

It was a vanity thing with me...Sure the Treg has a nice price tag, but I just had trouble imaging it parked next to the Boxster in the garage. But seriously the Pepper performs more like a P car and is more aggressive looking.

And I like when those that are not familiar with it ask..."WOW what is that." (If you have to ask... ) Sure you can spend your bling on a Lincoln or Caddie but...ah "No."

Plus two P "cars" are better than one! Three would be a dream (911 next) And four will be the bomb (Cayman just for the heck of it)

 

the porsche definately has better headlights, but the overall appearance still looks the same to me. like i said, some nice custom wheels on the VW and some decent exhaust tips would really help to even out the looks advatage the Cayenne has. i never really understood the point of hotrodding a truck, so the performance differences wouldn't be important to me. going around tight corners rapidly in vehicles with high centers of gravity gives me the *******
