Sounds pretty bad, I just had small crap on my rotors, quarter size rocks. The photo above is the water line that cost me a 4.2L of V8. I am sure that you did suck mud in through you airbox and filter. Mine went through because it was mostly water, filters were muddy, but water made it through with a little silt.

V10 Will not be going through be hole of water.

I was at an off road park, that requires a membership...... No official wrecker service. I did not get stuck and drove mine home over 80 miles, after cleaning out the air box and filters the best I could. Some really loud noise from the rotors with rocks and stuff, but NO damage to rotors or calipers on the V8.

U P D A T E ! !

Ok so dealer called me at about 5 the head tech told me theres about 10 lbs of mudd he pulled from one wheel jsut today in like 30 min haha....rocks included....he suggested that I get the car undercarriage cleaned monday he said he would remove the skid plates and let me take it to have it cleaned...then he would check to see if theres any mechanical damage...they also said my cayenne is the coolest one they have seen...and they were glad to see I take care of it..said they wished all their customers took such good care as i do.

PS I put a claim into porsche roadside explained the damage that occured from Winch service....long story short they will be COVERING ALL COSTS TO ME FOR REPAIRED OF MY PEPPER !!!

GO PORSCHE !!! Now im trying to trade it in for a Cayenne S Titanium...2 yrs left on current cayenne
