Just went to the dealer (herb chambers) to check whether the parts that I need are ready. The old service guy was fired and replaced with Ali (BMW service guy) temporarily, all I can say is that I'm impressed, its much better service, he treated me nicely!!

Service used to be 1/10, now with Ali its 10/10

 

Maybe Chamber's reads these threads also?

Ali is a nice guy, know I dont know who to go to for bmw.. hopefully he will still be my service advisor.

The new service manager , Tom, is a very nice person. He is easy to find and whenever I leave him a message, he always calls me back. He is honest too, he told me that I can pick up my car later today after the allignment is done because the machine is currently used by some BMWs cars.

He is honest, easy to talk to and polite!!
