Kahns are excellent looking wheels and very well finished. Very soft though as I have dented one of them more than once. Had to change it eventually as I was worried that it had weakend. Same thing happened to me on another set of 22"s I had on my previous Range Rover so it might not just be Kahns that are soft!
$1640 in the UK though is very expensive for a wheel and tyre. Think I may shop around a bit next time or import them if it saves some money!

Although the roads here in Los Angeles are overall okay, I spend most of my time during the week days near downtown where there are quite a bit of pot holes. So I think i might go with the 20" Sport Technos... Still can't really decide.
All,
A good resource to measure the difference a tire size will make is:

Check it out...
Personally, a 285/35 tire makes more sense in terms of comfort and protection, however the 295/30 closely matches the speedometer settings from factory.

Its interesting that the 295 is pretty close in terms of circumference to the original tyre size compared to 285 but I agree that comfort level will be better with the greater side wall of the 285.
