Installed Links tonight!!

I'll be posting pics tomorrow. I got the links from adjustableairride.com..
They overnighted the links and they were a breeze to install..
I think I might have made it too low because it keeps searching for the lowest mode " the low red arrow" when I try to drop it..
I wanted my regular ride height to be right in the middle... I used to drive on level 2...remember level 1 "loading level" automatically goes up when in drive...Essentially I wanted to drive in that position..so I basically dropped the truck to make it drive in loading mode... Tell you what..It drives great...I did a little stint around chicago...from the city to Ohare ..I got to do inner city driving as well as highway driving..Both are great!!!! The car feels so much more responsive..
My only question is whether or not I need to realign it?? I have to admit..I was a little skeptic but they work great. I'm really type A so, I was trying my best to measure each one so that they were even...I'll give you guys a long term update and some pics soon..

now i'm ready for the ecu.. Thanks for everyone's help.
I was really ready to sell but have found a new passion for the cayenne.

I have mine installed. First time I did it it was way to low. It was effectivley at Load level for the first three settings until you chose Special terrain level which brought it up a bit.
Have since raised it to approximately 40mm drop but it is still pretty harsh a ride particularily at the rear. Its probably not helped by the 22" wheels that I have.

My lateset setting is 10x 360 degree truns out from closed thread at the front and 9.5 turns at the rear.
I think I will screw it to 5 and 4.5 and see what that does for it. It looks cool just now but not suitable for driving all the time.

Does anyone know if the Xenons will sort themselves out to a level or would these need adjusted if the rear is slightly higher than the front?

Some pics of it lowered. Excuse the dirt!

This was my first attempt at setting links. Had them 25 and 28mm threaded out approximately in line with instructions for 2" drop approx, slightly higher at rear. It had the effect of dropping the car to load level on all but one setting(special terrain). Now that I look at it this picture shows that setting prior to my second adjustment as described above.
It is now sitting with approximately 60-70mm of a gap from tyre to arch. I will take a pic and upload later.

I still think it is too hard. I did notice that the camber had gone out quite a bit at very low setting. Hopefully I will get a happy compromise and then get the set up checked for alignment etc.

those 295/30's are hurting your ride... replace those 295/30 Scorpions with some 285/35-22 Yoko Parada Spec X's... that'll help a lot! Plus the 1/2" more sidewall will fill your wheelwells more nicely.

An alignment is a MUST. You will notice right when you lower the truck that the tires are towing in badly and I'll advise against going really low because when you go to get an alignment they'll only be able to correct the camber/castor, etc to a certain degree. If you slam it you wont be anywhere near spec...

turboS - your truck looks amazing! I'm currently shopping around for rims and those Kahns look really nice. As far as the Xenons go, I always adjust mine when I lower a car, but the Cayenne is my first Porsche so I'm not positive...

Links came from www.adjustableairride.com, which is in Canada.Hope fully final adjustment will be best compromise. I will have wheels checked for alignment after that.

Thanks for the comments guys.
I like the idea of the 285/35 tyres. Extra side wall will help. How far out does might throw the speedo out, or will it?
