at italia & gemballa looks same but tirerack doesn't offer deeper offset plus different logo.

dealing with gemballa was easy for me.
spending few $$$$ will not make distributor or rep to kissing your a$$.
people spend way more $$$$ to satisfy their needs than getting treated right.

when you spend few $$$$ what do you expect?
do you want the product or baby sitter?

did you treat rep "right" way?

btw, i like techart now.
they sure know how to handle any levels of customer plus quality of products.

TCM will become famous soon enough
Gemballa is tough to deal with sometimes. But the wheels do look great. I have dealt with them many time for my clients (not always the best experiences, esp in the beginning) but have a decent relationship wiht them now. Let me know what you want and I can try to get them to you for under the list if you wish. Just let me know via pm or what not.

I always treated the rep with respect. I don't expect them to kiss my *** but I do expect some level of customer service. The rep pretty much told me that he would give me black center caps for free and later decided to ignore my emails for weeks. He only replied until I told him that I would write an official letter of complaint to Gemballa if he continued to ignore me on purpose. Why promise something if you are not going to deliver? I just want to be treated properly, is that really too much to ask for?
