I think these are the part numbers that you need.
I was going to do it a while back, but got too busy.
Let me know how it goes and if anyone else has done
this please weigh in on the process, I'm still semi-interested

955 505 311 04 Front bumper.
955 505 681 01 Left grille.
955 505 683 01 Right grille.
955 505 683 01 Upper grille.
955 505 684 00 Lower grille.
955 505 915 01 Upper cover.

You might also need an air dam for the radiator.

Arling,
Can you elaborate on what internal parts are needed?
And do you do the conversion at your shop?

Does anyone know what exactly those parts are and how much it would run total?
As far as I understand, I thought Id need a new turbo bumper and new front valence and thats it. That seems a lot more than just those 2 parts! (im assuming a few others are the grills as well)

I listed what some of those parts are on the post above. As far as the other ones, I think a lot of them are bolts and clips that are needed. I think essentially its just a bumper swap, but I wouldn't do it myself.

u can just slap turbo bumper on & be done with it but none of the headlight washers work but dripping water like a little pee pee etc etc. totally depends how u wanna roll.

i might be able to get the bumper w/o grills...so anyone know how much the grills run ($)? and also the front valence?

curious to know and curiosity is killing me so if anyone knows before monday, let me know! after that i suppose i can just call the dealer!

I did the conversion, U need the bumper, the valance, some braket that goes under where the porsche badge is, the 4 grills, and the head light washer asembly. You'll also need to have the body shop fill in the holes for the parking sensors. The valance will cost u about 500, dont know about the grills. I saw a trubo today with black mesh instead of the grills and it looked really good, you could also try that. The turbo bumper is definately the best upgrade iv'e done to my car. Personally i think the front on the s just looks to plain and doesnt low well with the car.

Does anyone know if the grills on the turbo bumper are easy to install? If I get a bumper, some grills may be missing (Im looking into used take off bumpers).

I heard from somewhere that they are difficult to replace....I wouldve assumed they just snap on?
