Possible to add nav system to non nav CS?

Looking at getting a Cayenne S 2004, and was wondering if you can get the porsche OEM nav system in a car that is not equipped with it. About how much would it cost to do this? Is it a fairly straight forward job?

Not sure what the cost would be but I was just recently told that you can add NAV - Sorry for the lack of info, but hopefully that is a beginning point for you. Good luck
