Best Place to Lease a 2011 Cayenne S Off The Lot

I live in Southern California and the Cayenne S inventory here is extremely tight. Dealers want full sticker or higher on any that become available. Want to secure one without going through the ordering process and will do a deal anywhere in the U.S.

Can anyone recommend a location that has decent inventory and is looking to move an S with the following specs?

Black or Jet Black, Black/Grey Interior

QV4 - XM Radio
9VL - BOSEŠ Surround Sound System
PU6 - BOSEŠ Audio Package
7T1 - PCM with Navigation Module
6XT - Automatically Dimming Exterior
4L6 - Auto Dimming Interior Rearview
8EA - Bi-Xenon Headlights with PDLS
PU2 - Premium Package
0M1 - Extended Range Fuel Tank
1BZ - PASM
7X2 - ParkAssist Front and Rear
4A3 - Heated Front Seats
CZ4 - 21" 911 Turbo II Whl w/Arch Ex
2ZH - Heated3-spokeMultifuncLeathrSW
PE5 - 14-way Power Seats-Memory Pkg
4X4 - Rear Side Airbags
3FU - Panorama Roof System

Looking for a 36 Month/10k per year at around $1,250 a month, 800+ credit rating.

Any help is appreciated.

The dealer I use is in Atlanta, Hennessy, and they are FANTASTIC. They have a black or JBM in stock with your options, but it is with two tone cognac/espresso (amazing colour). But they do have a meteor grey with pretty much all the options you want.

May want to give them a shout, and ask for Scott Hamilton. I live in KY and they shipped mine to me. Will buy my 991 from them as well.

Here is a link to the JBM and Meteor Grey...
